Women who have graduated from the Faculty of Science and Graduate School of Science are active in various fields. This is an introduction to our graduates and faculty, and a message to all female students and female junior high and high school students aiming to enter the Faculty of Science.

Ph.D. in 2012 from the Department of Chemistry, Graduate School of Science, The University of Tokyo. After joining Showa Denko K.K. (now Resonac Holdings Corporation), I was responsible for multiple research and development projects, including organic LED and fullerenes. After studying abroad for MBA, I engaged in promoting open innovation, facilitating exchanges among researchers, and fostering ’corporate culture at headquarters. Currently, I am working on building better R&D systems.
I received my master's degree from the Department of Integrated Biosciences, Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, The University of Tokyo in 2010. After working in sales and marketing in the private sector, I completed my Ph.D. studies at Kitasato University Graduate School of Medicine in 2017. I then worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Graduate School of Medicine, University of the Ryukyus, and as a project assistant professor at the Faculty of Medicine, University of the Ryukyus, before assuming my current position in 2020.
