Instructions on how to obtain「Guideline for Ph.D. candidates」for Ph.D. students enrolled 3 years and above or those under "program withdrawal with satisfaction of credit and enrollment requirement"

※Please contact your department office if you are a current student and will be completing your studies in September or March.

If you fulfill the following requirement and wish to obtain a Ph.D. degree,

1. PhD student that has enrolled for 3 years and above
   OR
2. Within 3 years from the day of withdrawing with satisfaction of credit
