五月祭企画出展説明会のご案内/About the Information Session for Participants of the May Festival

第96期五月祭常任委員会より、第96回五月祭の開催日程および五月祭企画出展説明会（第1回企画代表者会議）についてのお知らせです。

2023年5月13日（土）・14日（日）に第96回五月祭が開催されます。五月祭への企画出展を希望する方は、五月祭企画出展説明会（第1回企画代表者会議）にいずれかの日程でご参加ください。説明会は両日とも同じ内容となります。

・2023年2月3日（金）19:30～　本郷キャンパス 工学部2号館1階213号講義室

・2023年2月4日（土）13:00～　駒場キャンパス 13号館2階1323教室※開始時刻5分前までに会場にお越しください。 ※また、対面での参加が難しい方向けに2月4日（土）19:00～Zoomを用いたオンラインでの説明会も行います。Zoomのリンクは、説明会当日に五月祭公式Twitter（@gogatsusai）にて公開する予定です。 所要時間は1時間程度を予定しております。また、英語での説明会も同日程に行います。 皆さまのご参加を心よりお待ちしております。

Hello. This is May Festival Standing Committee. The 96th May Festival is to be held on May 13th (Sat.) and 14th (Sun.)We are holding the Information Session for Participants of the May Festival (the 1st Information Session) as follows. Those who wish to participate in the 96th May Festival need to attend one of the sessions. -February 3rd (Fri.) 2023 7:30 p.m. (meeting time 7:25 p.m.), at Room 211, 1st Floor, Faculty of Engineering Bldg. 2, Hongo Campus -February 4th (Sat.) 2023 1:00 p.m. (meeting time 12:55 p.m.), at Room 1321, 2nd Floor, Bldg. 13, Komaba Campus*The content of the session is the same for either date. *There will be no online sessions.The session is expected to take about an hour. On each date, we will be explaining in both Japanese and English. We are looking forward to your participation.
