If you are using other consultation services on campus, please bring a letter of introduction.

[To those who wish to make a new application]

It may take a few days for us to confirm your application and reply to you.

When you fill out the application form, please indicate your availability for about a week in the "When would you like to visit?" and "other things to tell us" fields to facilitate the appointment.

If your request is urgent, we will consider referring you to other institutions.

If you have already been to other consultation services on campus (Student Counseling Center, Health Center Psychiatry Department, etc.), please bring a letter of introduction to the first meeting.

Please note that even during office hours, we may not be able to answer the phone because of another cases.
