線虫体内の脂質分子を”染めず”に見る
ラマン分光法は分子の”指紋”であるラマンスペクトルを用いることで、分子種を”染めず”に同定することが出来る分光手法です。本イメージは、コヒーレントラマン・イメージングという、近年新しく開発された手法を用いて得た、線虫の体内における脂質分子のイメージング結果です。明るい輝点は、主に脂肪滴であると考えられます。
