Research Subject

Metabolic flux analaysis of mammalian cells to elucidate the regulation system of metabolism

Current Research

Metabolism is a complex network where many metabolites and enzymes interact each other. Due to its complexity, regulation systems underlying metabolism have not been quantitatively elucidated. My research aim is mathematical analysis of cellular metabolism to understand its complicated regulations and to apply it to engineering fields.

metabolic flux analysis, stoichiometric modeling, kinetic modeling, omics analysis
