Research Subject
Development of tools designed for our understanding of biology
Current Research
Answering a question “what is an organism?” requires to observe targets inside organisms as they are. To fulfill the requirement, I am working on the development of fluorescent tools that allow us to invasively observe targets of interest inside organisms by using fluorescent proteins. In addition, I also address the development of a versatile platform for fluorescent indicators in a novel fashion on molecular design.
