Research Field

Group, Geometry, and non-commutative Harmonic Analysis

Research Subject

Lie groups and inifinite-dimensional representations, global geometry of locally homogeneous spaces, global analysis using symmetries

Current Research

1. Lie groups and infinite-dimensional representations, in particular, branching laws with respect to reductive subgroups, construction of symmetry breaking operators. 2. Locally homogeneous spaces beyond the Riemannian case, in particular, the existence problem of cocompact lattice, deformation, rigidity for the pseudo-Riemannian symmetric spaces, and spectral analysis. 3. Non-commutative harmonic analysis, analysis of minimal representations. 4. Multiplicity-free representations, visible actions on complex manifolds.
