(1) Curriculum vitae (including academic and professional career)
(2) List of publications and related scientific output, which should be divided into refereed papers, review articles, books, international invited talks, awards, research grants, etc.
(3) Reprints (or copies) of up to 5 significant publications
(4) Description of previous research achievements and lecture experiences (A4 two pages maximum)
(5) Description of future research and educational plans (A4 two pages maximum)
(6) Names and contact information for 2 references who can provide an independent assessment of the candidate

All documents should be submitted as email attachments in pdf format. The documents can be separated into several emails and the total size of each email should not exceed 10MB, and should be sent to senkocho@phys.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp
