Development of a highly functionalized catalyst system for environmentally friendly organic synthesis
Current Research
We are working on developing new catalyst systems and catalytic reactions to realize environmentally friendly organic synthesis. In particular, we are focusing on catalytic reactions that directly utilize readily available but unreactive raw materials for carbon-carbon bond forming reactions, which construct the basic framework of organic molecules.
