Current Research
(1) Integer and fractional quantum Hall effects. (2) Metal-insulator transition and magnetism in strongly correlated two-dimensional systems. (3) Two dimensional electrons at cleaved semiconductor surfaces. (4) Exploration of novel properties of two-dimensional semiconductors and their application to new devices. (5) Heat flow in quantum Hall systems.
