Research on Optical Properties in Two Dimensional Nanomaterials with Controlled Symmetry
Current Research
Two dimensional nanomaterials exhibit a wide range of physical properties through the manipulation of their symmetry. My research employs microscopy to investigate symmetry-induced phenomena from the perspective of optical properties, including excitonic and nonlinear optical effects. Through a deeper understanding of these optical properties, I aim to elucidate the principles governing quantum optical phenomena and their control, ultimately enabling applications in next-generation photonic devices for quantum information processing and quantum communication.
