Research Subject
Precise and accurate material measurement by quantum sensors
Current Research
We are developing a technique to use optical defects with a single electron spin as a quantum sensor to visualize the magnetic field and temperature of materials quantitatively and with high resolution. We aim to discover new phenomena and understand solid-state properties by combining advanced technologies such as qubit manipulation, optics, microwave, microfabrication, and machine learning.
