Epigenetic regulation of vertebrate development

Current Research

Development of animals is controlled by DNA sequences of a genome. However, how the information is decoded from DNA sequence is a fundamental question in biology. We are trying to understand the regulation of developmental genes by focusing on epigenetic chromatin modifications and 3D structure of a genome.
