Application guidelines for the next application period will be updated. |

Online application form and all other required documents must be received by GSC Administration Office by the application deadline. We do not accept any late or incomplete applications. |
| STAGE 2 | April - May |
| Application Evaluation |
Applications will be reviewed by the GSC Faculty Committee. After document screening, online interview will be arranged as the second stage of the application evaluation process. |
| STAGE 3 | By Late May |
| Admission Decision |
Admission decisions will be notified via e-mail to all applicants, and the official admission letters will be sent to successful applicants. We do not respond to any inquiries regarding the screening processes or the results. |
| STAGE 4 | By Early June |
| Acceptance of Admission |
Successful applicants will be required to submit official documents to accept their offer of admission by the given deadline. |
| STAGE 5 | Late September |
| Enrollment |
Successful applicants start their new academic life at UTokyo. (Please refer to the Academic Calendar page for further details.) |
