STEPS Collaboration Seminar:Sustainable Environment for Socio-Economic Development-Frontiers in Science and Technology was held in University of Tokyo on March 1, 2019.
21 participants from Tokyo University, Moscow State University, and Saint Petersburg State University, and National Research Institute for Earth Science and Disaster Resilience made presentations covered wide range of fields, including geography, psychology, and international relations, and focused on the subject of environmental risks in socioeconomic development.
Outbound student in Russia attended the seminar remotely by using webcam.
Students who have just returned from Russia and former outbound students shared own experience through STEPS program and audience listened to them attentively.
