Visit to Saint Petersburg State University and Lomonosov Moscow State University

Lecturer Hatoyama from the Department of Civil Engineering, School of Engineering, visited Saint Petersburg State University (SPbU) and Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from February 25 to March 2, 2016. The main purpose of the visit was to enhance our collaboration with our partner universities under the STEPS program.

At SPbU we held meetings at the Graduate School of Management and the Faculty of International Relations, as well as a visit to Peterhof campus dormitories. Ms. Elena Serova, the STEPS coordinator at SPbU, arranged a meeting with SPbU students who had been selected to become STEPS interns at UTokyo during the 2016 spring semester.

At MSU we had discussions at the Business School and the Faculty of Geography, and also visited the Faculty of Psychology where students from UTokyo were studying in the STEPS program.
