Application Guidelines

The Forefront Physics and Mathematics Program to Drive Transformation (FoPM) is accepting applications from following students for April 2026 enrollment. Please refer to the application guidelines attached below for more details.

  • Students who have enrolled in the Master's course in October, 2025
  • Prospective students entering the Master's course in April, 2026
  • Prospective students entering the Doctoral course in April, 2026

  • Application Form and Research Proposal/Application Essays:
    From Monday, December 15th, 2025 until 3pm on Tuesday, January 6th, 2026 (JST)
  • Supervisor's Letter of Opinion:
    From Monday, December 15th, 2025 until 3pm on Thursday, January 8th, 2026 (JST)

*Late submissions will not be accepted.
*Note that it is not until you submit your application that the email asking your supervisor to fill out the form is sent to them.
