Reporting on Your Academic Progress for AY 2019
Submission deadlines of the Academic Progress Report for each period (every three months) are as follows. Submit the report by each deadline to the ALPS Desk at the Graduate School of Science.

*Download the form from the webpage and submit the filled form to your secondary supervisor to obtain their signature.
If your secondary supervisor's schedule does not allow for a face-to-face appointment, you may email them your report and ask for their signature. The signed form should then be submitted as a PDF to the ALPS Desk at the Graduate School of Science by the deadline.
