Reporting on Your Academic Progress (from July to September, 2017)

Please submit a report of your studies for the Academic Year 2017 (from July to September, 2017) to the ALPS Staff at the Graduate School Office of the Graduate School of Science by Friday October 13, 2017

*Download the Report Form from the website http://www.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp/en/current/ALPS/download.html, fill it out and submit it to your secondary supervisor to obtain their signature.
If their schedule does not allow for a face-to-face appointment, you may e-mail them your report and ask for their signature. The completed form bearing the secondary supervisor's signature should then be submitted as a PDF to the ALPS Desk at the Graduate School Office of the Graduate School of Science by the deadline.

*Those who have been accepted in the ALPS course from September, 2017 are NOT REQUIRED to submit a report THIS TIME.*

Note that you will be required to make this report every 3 months hereafter.
