4. Notes
- The seats for the representatives are located in the center of the front row.
- The ceremony can be viewed on the big screen in the Gotenshita Memorial Arena Gymnasium.
- A live coverage of the ceremony will be broadcasted over the internet.
- Sign language interpretation will be provided on the right of the platform.
- The two venues, the sign language interpreter, and the Japanese subtitles will appear on the screen.
- Yasuda Auditorium will be open to the general public after the ceremony (13:00 - 14:00).
