University entrance exams (Hongo area)

January 14 and 15 Nationwide university entrance exam
February 25 and 26 Second university entrance exam

The following are the temporary measures for the entrance exams:

  • Entry into the entrance exam room areas is strictly prohibited; only students, faculty members, and staff who have special permission may enter the areas.
  • Faculty and administrative staff must show an ID card when entering the university.
  • Students/research students who need to enter the university for research activities must show an ID card when entering the university.
  • Those who are not affiliated with the university must show a temporary ID card when entering the university.
  • Entry to and exit from the university is possible through the Main/Red/Yayoi/Pharmaceutical/between-the-Science-Bldg.1-and-the-Chemistry-Bldg./Second Refectory gates. In principle, entering the university by car is prohibited.
    Due to the foreign language listening tests, driving a car on campus — except for in an emergency — is prohibited on the following dates and times:
    • January 14 (Sat) 17:05 – 18:15
    • February 26 (Sun) 14:40 – 15:20
    *Main/South gates of the Faculty of Agriculture are also available for entry and exit on Feb. 25 and 26.
  • Please refrain from making a noise in the exam room areas.
