本授業では、電波観測に必要となる電波望遠鏡やその観測装置だけでなく、電波単一鏡や電波干渉計の観測システム及び観測手法を理解し、電波天文観測の基礎を獲得することを目標とする。また、電波観測で取得される情報から天体の様々な物理量の導出方法を理解し、電波天文学の観測的研究手法について学ぶ。

The objective of this lecture is to gain basic knowledge of radio astronomical observations by understanding not only radio telescopes and radio astronomical instruments but also observing systems and observational methods of radio sign-dish telescopes and radio interferometers. In addition, we understand how to derive various physical quantities of astronomical objects from information acquired by observations and learn about research methods of ration astronomy.
