Course details

本講義では、特に,発光材料として近年進展の著しい発光性d金属錯体の化学について,基本的事項と最新の研究動向を以下の項目に沿って解説する。
(1)配位化合物の光化学および光物理についての基礎的事項
(2)蛍光性金属錯体の構造、電子状態、機能、そのほかの特性
(3)りん光性金属錯体の構造、電子状態、機能、そのほかの特性
(4)集積発光性金属錯体の構造、電子状態、機能、そのほかの特性
(5)多核錯体や金属クラスターの構造、電子状態、光機能性
(6)そのほかの発光性d金属錯体の最新動向


講義題目は「次世代型多重機能性ナノ金属錯体」である。ナノ金属錯体は4個のキーワードから校正されている。(1)無機・有機ハイブリッドシステム、(2)ナノサイズおよびナノ空間、(3)ボトムアップおよび自己集合、(4)量子効果と非線形性。講演では量子効果に関しては、単分子磁石や単一次元鎖磁石について説明する。また、非線形性に関しては、強相関電子系1次元鎖ハロゲン架橋金属錯体の大きな三次非線形光学効果について紹介する。

This class focuses on chemistry of luminescent d-block metal complexes which have been rapidly developing recent years. Fundamental concepts and latest progress in this field will be discussed.
(1) Basic concepts concerning photochemistry and photophysics on coordination compounds
(2) Fluorescent metal complexes: structures, electronic states, functionalities, and other properties
(3) Phosphorescent metal complexes: structures, electronic states, functionalities, and other properties
(4) Assembled luminescent metal complexes: structures, electronic states, functionalities, and other properties
(5) Structures, electronic states, and photofunctionalities of multinuclear complexes and metal clusters
(6) Miscellaneous examples of luminescent d-metal complexes
