Modeling and experiment of synaptic plsticity
Current Research
Intuitive interpretation of biological phenomena sometimes contains quantitative inconsistency. I believe that this inconsistency can be clarified by quantitative modeling with computers, and the modeling can give practical prediction. I now focus on synaptic plasticity, and try to clarify the molecular mechanisms by computation and experiments.
