In Vivo Imaging of Intracellular Protein Trafficking and Signal Transduction Pathway
Current Research
To elucidate the molecular mechanisms of intracellular protein trafficking and signal transduction pathways, we are performing noninvasive imaging analyses of these biological events by optical probe molecules based on fluorescent and luminescent proteins.
