Current Research
My main research interest is in the star formation processes of the galaxy-scale. We investigate the details of star forming clusters throughout the Galaxy using high-sensitive instruments on ground-based telescopes. For understanding the star formation processes at the time of Galaxy formation, we are also studying galaxy formation processes through observations of intergalactic matter at high-redshift. In addition, I am engaged in development of high-dispersion infrared spectrometers to develop the study mentioned above.
