Before you start editing your page
The user accounts of the People page are managed by the Student Affairs Team of the School. If you cannot login to your page, please contact the person in charge of student affairs in the office of your department.
A user account is based on the user’s email address:
e.g.) For an email address like “testuser@adm.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp,” the username is “Testuser adm.”
After clicking on the “Log in/create account” located at the bottom left of this page, enter your username and click on the “E-mail password” button. A tentative password will be sent to your email address soon after you click on the button. You can login with the tentative password.
How to edit
Once you are logged in, open your page using either the Search Box or the Navigation menu on the left of this page. Click on “編集” and you are ready to edit your page.

3. Categories
Add/delete categories based on your affiliation:

4. Photo
Your photo can be uploaded through the “アップロード” in the Toolbox menu. To post your photo on your page, you have to change/add the file name of your photo that you uploaded for the basic information. Aspect ratio should be 4:3.
5. How to upload additional information

Note:
Email addresses on the People pages are protected against SPAM. Since they appear on the website as images, they are not picked up by data collecting tools or cannot be searched through search engines.
