Current Research
I am searching for new functionalities and new phenomena specific to surfaces and interfaces in transition metal oxides by using layer-by-layer thin film technology, which enables us to introduce nano-structures under non-equilibrium conditions. In addition, I am investigating the electronic states of these new functional materials using by electronic spectroscopy to elucidate the mechanisms of these anomalous physical properties.
