Experimental Research on Particle Physics using High-Energy Accelerators
Current Research
Through experiments using accelerators, our team is working on the exploration for novel particles and the elucidation of mechanisms of symmetry and broken symmetry in the interaction between particles. Our main research interests are in both the broken symmetry between particle and antiparticle using the B-factory accelerator and neutrino oscillations using artificial neutrinos produced by a high-intensity proton accelerator. In addition to the above, we are working to develop particle detectors using semiconductor technology.
