Hosted by School of Science, the University of Tokyo
Professor Anthony James Leggett, honorary doctor of the University of Tokyo, is going to visit us annually for a month from 2011 through 2013(May - June). While he is visiting Todai, Prof. Leggett will conduct interactive intensive courses for graduate students and give special lectures in the field of condensed matter physics. Prof. Leggett conducted research at Todai 37 years ago and this research started him on the road to winning the Nobel Prize. Students and all members of the faculty look forward to more in-depth discussions on learning and cutting-edge research with Prof. Leggett through while he is at Todai.
