Please be informed of the Commencement 2011. Details are as follows:

1. Date & Time: March 22 (Thursday), 9:00 - 12:30

The 1st Part (9:00 - 10:15)

For the Graduate Schools below:
Science, Engineering, Agricultural and Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, and Information Science and Technology

The 2nd Part (11:15 - 12:30)

For the Graduate Schools below:
Humanities and Sociology, Education, Law and Politics, Economics, Arts and Sciences, Frontier Sciences, Interdisciplinary Information Studies, Public Policy

2. Venue

  • Yasuda Auditorium (for the relevant students)
  • Gotenshita Memorial Arena Gymnasium (for family members and related faculty/administrative staff)

4. Notes

  1. The seats for the representatives are located in the center of the front row.
  2. The ceremony can be viewed on the big screen in the Gotenshita Memorial Arena Gymnasium.
  3. A live coverage of the ceremony will be broadcasted over the internet.
  4. Sign language interpretation will be provided on the right of the platform.
  5. The two venues, the sign language interpreter, and the Japanese subtitles will appear on the screen.
  6. Yasuda Auditorium will be open to the general public after the ceremony (13:00 - 14:00).
