From November 3^rd to 5^th, 2016, GSC Program Coordinator Professor Yamanouchi, accompanied by Professor Hasegawa, Head of Physics, Professor Masumoto, Department of Earth and Planetary Science, and staff from the School of Science, visited four universities in Hanoi, Vietnam: VNU University of Science, University of Science and Technology Hanoi (USTH), Graduate University of Science and Technology (GUST), and Vietnam Japan University (VJU).

UTokyo delegates had productive discussions with representatives from each university regarding their respective international activities. Professor Yamanouchi also shared information with faculty and students about programs offered by the School of Science: Global Science Course (GSC), The University of Tokyo Research Internship Program (UTRIP), and Global Science Graduate Course (GSGC).

We look forward to furthering our international collaborations with these institutions and hope to welcome their students to the University of Tokyo in the near future.
